1- Under the leadership of the Chief Judge of Abia State, Honourable Justice Lilian Abai,
2- The Small Claims Courts was established in the Magisterial Districts, the first of its kind in South East on the 4th of December, 2023.
3- The Abia State High Court (Practice and Procedure) Rules, 2014 which came into force on the 24th day of July, 2014 was repealed with the current Abia State High Court (Practice and Procedure) Rules, 2021 on the 7th day of October, 2021 under the leadership of Honourable Justice Onuoha Arisa Kalu Ogwe (rtd).
4- Abia Multi-door Courthouse (AMDC) an Alternative Disputes Resolution (ADR) Center was established on the 1st June, 2015 under the leadership of Honorable Justice Theresa Uzoamaka Uzokwe (rtd).
